HM-2
The Microtec HM-2 is a stereo microscope with an objective turret that contains two pairs of objectives. The magnification is changed by rotating the turret. There are three turret versions in the HM-2 range a 1x-2x a 1x-3x and a 2x-4x. A selection of stands of either transmitted or reflected light as well as standalone light sources are available as are supplementary eyepieces.
PM-5POL

IM-2
The IM-2 Inverted microscope has excellent flat field phase contrast long working distance objectives. The illumination is a 6v 30w Halogen lamp with intensity regulation. The standard model has a phototube incorporated, enabling a camera attachment to be readily added.

LM-1
The Microtec LM-1 biological microscope produces wide-field (FN20) crisp images. The Kohler illumination system has a field iris and a focusing and centering condenser.

The Microtec LM-2 biological microscope has flat field infinity corrected Planchromat objectives, providing wide-field (FN20) crisp images. The LM-2 is available with either binocular viewing head or with a binocular head and phototube (as illustrated above).
The Kohler illumination system has a field iris and a focusing and centering condenser. The LED illumination provides ideal illumination without the necessity to ever replace the lamps.
Phase contrast objectives are also available for this microscope. The standard additional items for phase contrast include 10x and 40x phase objectives and a slider containing the condenser phase rings. 20x and 100x phase objectives are also available.

LM-3-CoolLED
The Microtec LM-3-CoolLED advanced biological microscope can be fitted with the pE-300-w illuminator. This enables fluorescence at a wide range of excitation wave lengths. High aperture Fluo objectives providing increased transmission (also at shorter wavelengths).
CoolLED’s pE-300 white offers intense, broad-spectrum LED illumination for imaging the most common fluorescent stains.
The system is a mercury-free alternative that is safer, more controllable, and repeatable than conventional high-pressure gas discharge illuminators. Spectral coverage is from the UV (DAPI excitation) to the Red region (Cy5 excitation).
